Return Process

    Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

    Ship the Product

    Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
